Pro Bono Guide

Being a volunteer on pro bono is no different in many ways from your regular professional work. Think of it as putting the "pro" into "pro bono".In this guide we consider professional practices, organising your work, partnering with other translators, your mindset in approaching this work, and key questions of  language awareness.

Crowdin Guide

Crowdin is an excellent platform for solo or shared translations. It's the one we use for many projects in pro bono and we encourage you to  familiarise yourselves with how it works.

Glossary Guide

Glossaries are key tools for translators, particularly when dealing with fields where terminology can be specialised.Over the decades, the entire translation community at ProZ.com have collectively built up an enormous wealth of resources.
